Oksana Belyaeva works in VimpelCom since 2004. In the beginning, she held the position of Marketing Director of the Moscow REGON, at present she acts as the Director of Marketing business segment and roaming. Prior to joining the company "VimpelCom", she worked in senior positions at Philip Morris.
